1. Eligibility and User Profiles

  • Age Requirement: Users must be 18 years or older and are subject to verification.

  • Academic Identity: Every user must maintain a structured Study Profile including name, subjects, and exam goals.

  • Account Integrity: Profiles are based on academic interests and study styles. Misrepresentation of study goals or identity is prohibited.

2. Study Partner Matching & Communication

  • Interest-Based Matching: Partners are matched via an AI-driven system based on a minimum 30% interest match score.

  • Request System: Connections are only established after a “Study Request” is explicitly accepted.

  • Communication Rules: * One-on-one chat and audio calls are provided strictly for study-related purposes, such as discussing doubts and sharing notes.

    • Audio calls are not recorded and can be terminated by either user at any time.

    • Random matching is strictly prohibited to ensure a controlled environment.

3. Focus Rooms (Virtual Library)

  • Conduct: Users in Group Focus Rooms are expected to study silently with cameras on to maintain a “real library-like” atmosphere.

  • Usage Modes: Users may utilize Solo Focus Mode for private analytics or Group Focus Rooms for real-time peer study.

  • Tracking: By using Focus Rooms, you consent to the tracking of study hours and discipline charts for your productivity dashboard.

4. Content Guidelines (Feed, Reels & Media)

  • Educational Purpose Only: All content posted to the Student Feed or Educational Reels must be academic in nature (e.g., notes, study hacks, exam updates).

  • Prohibited Content: * Dating-related content, abusive language, and personal photos are strictly forbidden.

    • Any content deemed irrelevant or unsafe by AI auto-detection will be removed.

  • Premium Features: Only Premium Users and authorized content teams can upload educational reels.

5. Rewards and Gamification

  • Study Streaks: Rewards (such as Premium passes) are earned solely through consistent achievement and study streaks.

  • Legal Compliance: Our reward model is non-monetary and non-gambling, complying with the ProGa Act and standard app store safety guidelines.

6. AI Tools and Analytics

  • AI Integration: Users have access to AI tools for doubt solving, note generation, and quiz creation.

  • Performance Reports: Participation in Live MCQ Quizzes will generate AI Insight Reports, including accuracy and topic-wise weaknesses.

  • Dashboards: User activity, including “Partner Reliability Scores” and “Study Health Reports,” will be compiled into a personal productivity dashboard.

7. Moderation and Safety

  • Zero Tolerance: Cluezer Innovations Private Limited employs strict AI moderation for all messages and public posts.

  • Reporting: Users are encouraged to use the “Report + Block” system for any harmful or non-educational behavior.

  • Review Process: Reported content is subject to immediate review and may result in account suspension.
